This policy sets out what may and may not be published on Syarat. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it is a breach of those terms. It applies to everything you submit: listing text, photos, specifications, your display name, and any message you send us.

What you may list

A vehicle that genuinely exists, that you own or are authorised by the owner to sell, that is located in one of the countries we serve, and that is described accurately. One listing per vehicle.

Listings that are not allowed

We remove these on sight and do not require a report first.

Stolen or illegally obtained vehicles. Any vehicle that is stolen, that carries an altered, removed or re-stamped chassis or VIN number, or that was otherwise obtained unlawfully.
Vehicles you are not entitled to sell. A vehicle you do not own and have not been authorised by the owner to sell; a vehicle under an unresolved finance, lien or mortgage that prevents its transfer; a vehicle that is impounded, seized or the subject of a dispute.
Falsified vehicle information. A rolled-back or misstated odometer reading; a concealed or denied accident, flood, fire or write-off history; a misrepresented model year, trim, engine, specification or country of origin; a concealed salvage or rebuilt title; photographs that are not of the vehicle being sold.
Forged or fraudulent documents. Falsified or altered ownership papers, registration, insurance, customs or clearance documents, inspection certificates, service history, or dealer verification documents submitted to us.
Anything that is not a vehicle. Syarat is a vehicle marketplace. Do not list parts, services, financing, insurance, jobs, property, animals, or any other goods. Do not use a vehicle listing as a placeholder to advertise something else.
Another person's personal information. Someone else's name, phone number, address, photograph, identity or licence document, or number plate, published without their consent. Blur or crop plates and documents before uploading a photo.
Offensive content. Sexual or pornographic material; content that incites or glorifies violence; hate speech or harassment directed at people on the basis of religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender, disability or any similar characteristic; graphic or shocking imagery; and content promoting illegal drugs, weapons or extremist organisations.
Spam and duplicates. The same vehicle posted more than once or reposted to move it up the results; bulk or automated posting; listings whose real purpose is to drive traffic to another site or channel; and prices, specifications or locations entered to game search and filters rather than to describe the vehicle.
Listings placed in the wrong market or category. A vehicle listed under a country or city where it is not located, or under a make, model or body type it does not belong to.

Conduct that is not allowed

Fraud. Advance-fee requests, deposits demanded before a buyer has seen the vehicle, shipping or escrow schemes, fake payment confirmations, and any attempt to move a conversation off Syarat in order to defraud the other party.
Impersonation. Posing as another person, as a dealership you do not represent, as Syarat, or as any authority.
Harassment. Threatening, abusing, stalking or repeatedly contacting another user against their wishes.
Abuse of the reporting system. Filing reports that you know to be untrue, or filing reports in volume to suppress a competitor's listings.
Account abuse. Holding more than one account, sharing or selling an account, or creating a new account to evade a suspension or a removal.
Interfering with the service. Scraping, automated access, reverse-engineering the app, probing for vulnerabilities, or any attempt to circumvent our moderation, rate limits or blocking.

How we enforce this

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or hide a listing, restrict what an account can do, suspend an account, or terminate an account permanently. What we do depends on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before. A single listing that misstates a specification is not treated the same as a stolen vehicle or a forged document.

A listing that attracts several independent reports may be hidden automatically while it waits for review. That is a precaution, not a finding against you, and it is reversed if the reports are not upheld.

We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Reporting a listing or a seller

Every listing and every seller profile has a Report action in the app. You do not need an account to use it. Choose the reason that fits best and add a short note if it helps. You can also Block a seller, which hides their listings from you without involving us.

We review every report within 24 hours. You can also write to support@syarat.autos.

If we act against you

If your listing is removed or your account is restricted and you believe we got it wrong, write to support@syarat.autos from the email address registered on the account, and include the listing. A person reviews the appeal, and we will reply within 7 days. If we agree we were wrong, we restore the listing or the account.

If the listing was a paid one, the time you paid for is frozen while it is hidden and returned to you in full if we restore it. Appealing costs you no listing time.

Changes

If we change this policy we publish it with a new version date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced in the app.

توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي يجوز نشره على سيارات وما لا يجوز. وهي جزء من شروط الاستخدام، ومخالفتها مخالفة لتلك الشروط. وتسري على كل ما تُرسله: نصّ الإعلان، والصور، والمواصفات، والاسم الظاهر، وأي رسالة ترسلها إلينا.

ما الذي يجوز لك نشره

سيارة موجودة فعلاً، تملكها أو مُفوَّض من مالكها ببيعها، وتوجد في إحدى الدول التي نخدمها، وموصوفة وصفاً دقيقاً. إعلان واحد لكل سيارة.

الإعلانات غير المسموح بها

نحذف هذه الإعلانات فور اكتشافها دون انتظار بلاغ.

السيارات المسروقة أو المُحصَّل عليها بطريقة غير مشروعة. أي سيارة مسروقة، أو يحمل رقم هيكلها أو رقم تعريفها تعديلاً أو إزالة أو إعادة طبع، أو جرى الحصول عليها بأي طريقة غير قانونية.
السيارات التي لا يحقّ لك بيعها. سيارة لا تملكها ولم يفوّضك مالكها ببيعها؛ أو سيارة عليها تمويل أو رهن أو حجز قائم يمنع نقل ملكيتها؛ أو سيارة محتجزة أو مُصادَرة أو محلّ نزاع.
بيانات السيارة المزيّفة. عدّاد مسافة معدَّل أو مذكور بغير حقيقته؛ إخفاء أو إنكار حوادث أو غرق أو حريق أو شطب من التأمين؛ تحريف سنة الصنع أو الفئة أو المحرّك أو المواصفات أو بلد المنشأ؛ إخفاء كون السيارة مشطوبة أو معاد بناؤها؛ صور ليست للسيارة المعروضة للبيع.
المستندات المزوَّرة أو الاحتيالية. أوراق ملكية أو استمارة تسجيل أو وثائق تأمين أو مستندات جمركية أو تخليص أو شهادات فحص أو سجلّ صيانة مزوَّرة أو معدَّلة، وكذلك مستندات توثيق المعارض المُقدَّمة إلينا.
أي شيء ليس سيارة. سيارات سوق مخصّص للمركبات. لا تنشر قطع غيار أو خدمات أو تمويلاً أو تأميناً أو وظائف أو عقارات أو حيوانات أو أي سلع أخرى، ولا تستخدم إعلان سيارة واجهةً للإعلان عن شيء آخر.
البيانات الشخصية لشخص آخر. اسم شخص آخر أو رقم هاتفه أو عنوانه أو صورته أو وثيقة هويته أو رخصته أو لوحة سيارته، منشورة دون موافقته. أخفِ اللوحات والمستندات أو اقتصّها قبل رفع أي صورة.
المحتوى المسيء. المواد الجنسية أو الإباحية؛ المحتوى الذي يحرّض على العنف أو يمجّده؛ خطاب الكراهية أو التحرّش الموجّه إلى أشخاص بسبب الدين أو الجنسية أو العِرق أو الجنس أو الإعاقة أو أي صفة مماثلة؛ الصور الصادمة؛ والمحتوى الذي يروّج للمخدّرات أو الأسلحة أو التنظيمات المتطرّفة.
الإعلانات المكرّرة والمزعجة. نشر السيارة نفسها أكثر من مرة أو إعادة نشرها لرفع ترتيبها في النتائج؛ النشر بالجملة أو آلياً؛ الإعلانات التي غرضها الحقيقي توجيه المستخدمين إلى موقع أو قناة أخرى؛ وإدخال أسعار أو مواصفات أو مواقع للتلاعب بالبحث والتصفية بدلاً من وصف السيارة.
الإعلانات الموضوعة في سوق أو تصنيف خاطئ. سيارة منشورة تحت دولة أو مدينة لا توجد فيها، أو تحت ماركة أو موديل أو فئة هيكل لا تنتمي إليها.

السلوكيات غير المسموح بها

الاحتيال. طلب مبالغ مقدَّمة، أو عربون قبل معاينة المشتري للسيارة، أو حِيَل الشحن أو الضمان الوسيط، أو إثباتات دفع مزيّفة، وأي محاولة لنقل المحادثة خارج سيارات بغرض الاحتيال على الطرف الآخر.
انتحال الصفة. ادّعاء أنك شخص آخر، أو معرض لا تمثّله، أو أنك تمثّل سيارات، أو أنك جهة رسمية.
التحرّش. تهديد مستخدم آخر أو إساءة معاملته أو ملاحقته أو التواصل معه بشكل متكرّر رغم رفضه.
إساءة استخدام نظام البلاغات. تقديم بلاغات تعلم أنها غير صحيحة، أو تقديم بلاغات كثيرة لإخفاء إعلانات منافس.
إساءة استخدام الحسابات. امتلاك أكثر من حساب، أو مشاركة الحساب أو بيعه، أو إنشاء حساب جديد للتحايل على إيقاف أو حذف سابق.
التعرّض للخدمة. السحب الآلي للبيانات، أو الوصول الآلي، أو الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق، أو البحث عن ثغرات، أو أي محاولة للالتفاف على أدوات الإشراف أو حدود الاستخدام أو الحظر.

كيف نطبّق هذه السياسة

يجوز لنا، وفق تقديرنا ودون إشعار مسبق، حذف إعلان أو إخفاؤه، أو تقييد ما يمكن للحساب فعله، أو إيقاف الحساب، أو إنهاؤه نهائياً. ويعتمد ما نفعله على جسامة المخالفة وعلى تكرارها. فإعلان واحد ذكر مواصفة خاطئة لا يُعامَل معاملة سيارة مسروقة أو مستند مزوَّر.

قد يُخفى الإعلان الذي تَرِده عدّة بلاغات مستقلة تلقائياً ريثما تتم مراجعته. هذا إجراء احترازي وليس حكماً عليك، ويُلغى إذا لم تثبت صحّة البلاغات.

وقد نُبلغ الجهات المختصّة عن أي نشاط غير قانوني.

الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو بائع

يوجد إجراء إبلاغ في التطبيق على كل إعلان وكل صفحة بائع، ولا يتطلّب استخدامه حساباً. اختر السبب الأنسب وأضف ملاحظة قصيرة إن كانت مفيدة. ويمكنك أيضاً حظر بائع، فتختفي إعلاناته عنك دون تدخّل منّا.

نراجع كل بلاغ خلال ٢٤ ساعة. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على support@syarat.autos.

إذا اتّخذنا إجراءً ضدّك

إذا حُذف إعلانك أو قُيِّد حسابك وترى أننا أخطأنا، راسلنا على support@syarat.autos من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في الحساب، مع ذكر الإعلان. يراجع الاعتراضَ شخصٌ من فريقنا، ونردّ خلال ٧ أيام. وإذا تبيّن أننا أخطأنا، نعيد الإعلان أو الحساب.

وإذا كان الإعلان مدفوعاً، فإن المدة التي دفعت مقابلها تُجمَّد طوال فترة إخفائه وتُعاد إليك كاملةً عند استعادته. فالاعتراض لا يكلّفك أي وقت من مدة إعلانك.

التعديلات

عند تعديل هذه السياسة ننشرها بتاريخ إصدار جديد في أعلى الصفحة، ونعلن عن أي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق.
