Delete your Syarat account

There are two ways to delete your account and the data attached to it.

1. From inside the app

1. Open Syarat and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom.
4. Choose Delete account, then confirm with Delete.

The deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out.

2. By email, without the app

If you have already uninstalled the app, send a message to support@syarat.autos with the subject Delete my account, sent from the email address registered on the account.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account. We will confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Permanently, and it cannot be undone.

• Your sign-in credentials, along with every active session and every password-reset link. You cannot sign in again afterwards.
• Your name, email address and phone number — erased from the account record described in the next section.
• All of your listings, including their photos.
• Your saved favourites and your app preferences.
• Your notification tokens, so the app can no longer send you anything.
• Your dealer verification record and every document you uploaded with it.
• The sellers you blocked while signed in. A blocklist is a personal preference, so it goes with the account. Anyone you blocked while signed out was blocked against this app installation rather than against your account — that list is not part of your account and is cleared by reinstalling the app.

What is kept

We keep the following for security, fraud prevention and moderation. None of it is used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and none of it can be used to contact you.

• An anonymised record of the account itself. The account row is not erased — it is emptied. Your name, email address and phone number are overwritten with placeholders, and the email is replaced by an internal substitute so that your real address is released and can be used to register again. What remains holds no personal information about you. We keep it so that a deleted account cannot be silently reused, and so that the records below stay attached to something. Kept with no time limit.
• Security and moderation audit records. A log of sensitive events on the account — signing in, failed sign-in attempts, password and email changes, and the deletion itself. Each entry includes the IP address and the browser or device identifier (user agent) recorded at the time. Kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. A job runs every night to enforce this.
• Your acceptance of the Terms of Service. Which version you accepted and when, together with the IP address and browser or device identifier recorded at that moment. This is our proof of what you agreed to. Kept with no time limit.
• Reports you filed about other listings or sellers. These are kept as moderation evidence — otherwise anyone could erase the basis for a takedown by deleting their account. The identifier linking a report to your account is removed, so the report can no longer be traced back to you. The IP address recorded when the report was submitted stays with the report. Kept with no fixed time limit.
• Crash and diagnostic reports. These carry no name, email address or phone number. Retained on a rolling basis by the providers named in our privacy policy.

حذف حسابك في سيارات

هناك طريقتان لحذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.

١. من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق سيارات وتأكّد من تسجيل دخولك.
2. انتقل إلى تبويب الملف.
3. مرّر إلى منطقة الخطر في الأسفل.
4. اختر حذف الحساب ثم أكّد بالضغط على حذف.

يُنفَّذ الحذف فوراً ويتم تسجيل خروجك.

٢. عبر البريد الإلكتروني، دون الحاجة إلى التطبيق

إذا كنت قد أزلت التطبيق بالفعل، أرسل رسالة إلى support@syarat.autos بعنوان حذف حسابي، على أن تُرسل من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في الحساب.

نتحقّق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب ثم نحذفه، ونؤكّد لك ذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند اكتماله، عادةً خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف

نهائياً، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

• بيانات تسجيل دخولك، وكل جلسة نشطة وكل رابط لإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور. ولن تتمكّن من تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى بعد ذلك.
• اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك — تُمحى من سجلّ الحساب الموضَّح في القسم التالي.
• جميع إعلاناتك بما فيها صورها.
• المفضّلة المحفوظة وتفضيلات التطبيق.
• رموز الإشعارات، فلا يعود بإمكان التطبيق إرسال أي شيء إليك.
• سجلّ توثيق المعرض وكل مستند رفعته معه.
• البائعون الذين حظرتهم وأنت مسجّل الدخول. فقائمة الحظر تفضيل شخصي وتزول مع الحساب. أمّا من حظرتهم وأنت غير مسجّل الدخول فقد جرى حظرهم مقابل نسخة التطبيق المثبّتة لا مقابل حسابك — وتلك القائمة ليست جزءاً من حسابك، وتُمحى بإعادة تثبيت التطبيق.

ما الذي يُحتفظ به

نحتفظ بما يلي لأغراض الأمان ومنع الاحتيال والإشراف على المحتوى. ولا يُستخدم أي منه للإعلانات أو لبناء ملفات تعريف أو لأي غرض آخر، ولا يمكن استخدام أي منه للتواصل معك.

• سجلّ مجهول الهوية للحساب نفسه. لا يُمحى سجلّ الحساب بل يُفرَّغ: يُستبدل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك بقيم بديلة، ويُستبدل البريد الإلكتروني ببديل داخلي حتى يتحرّر عنوانك الحقيقي ويمكن التسجيل به من جديد. وما يتبقّى لا يحمل أي بيانات شخصية عنك. ونحتفظ به كي لا يُعاد استخدام حساب محذوف دون أن يلاحظ أحد، وكي تبقى السجلات أدناه مرتبطة بشيء ما. يُحتفظ به دون حدّ زمني.
• سجلات الأمان والإشراف. سجلّ بالأحداث الحسّاسة على الحساب — تسجيل الدخول، ومحاولات الدخول الفاشلة، وتغيير كلمة المرور والبريد الإلكتروني، وعملية الحذف نفسها. ويتضمّن كل قيد عنوان IP ومُعرّف المتصفّح أو الجهاز (user agent) المسجَّلَين وقتها. يُحتفظ بها ٩٠ يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً، وتُنفَّذ مهمّة كل ليلة لتطبيق ذلك.
• قبولك لشروط الاستخدام. أي إصدار قبلته ومتى، مع عنوان IP ومُعرّف المتصفّح أو الجهاز المسجَّلَين في تلك اللحظة. وهذا إثباتنا لما وافقت عليه. يُحتفظ به دون حدّ زمني.
• البلاغات التي قدّمتها عن إعلانات أو بائعين آخرين. يُحتفظ بها كدليل إشرافي — وإلّا لأمكن لأي شخص محو أساس قرار حذفٍ بمجرّد حذف حسابه. ويُزال المُعرّف الذي يربط البلاغ بحسابك، فلا يعود ممكناً تتبّع البلاغ إليك. أمّا عنوان IP المسجَّل عند إرسال البلاغ فيبقى مع البلاغ. يُحتفظ بها دون حدّ زمني محدَّد.
• تقارير الأعطال والبيانات التشخيصية. وهي لا تتضمّن اسماً ولا بريداً إلكترونياً ولا رقم هاتف. يحتفظ بها المزوّدون المذكورون في سياسة الخصوصية لفترات متجدّدة.
