This policy explains what Syarat (“the app”) collects, why, and what control you have over it. It covers the Android and iOS apps published under the name Syarat. Using Syarat is also subject to our Terms of Service and Content Policy.
Syarat is an online marketplace for buying and selling used vehicles, operated by an independent developer. It serves eight markets: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Syria. Contact: support@syarat.autos.
You can browse without an account. Searching listings, viewing vehicle details and using filters require no registration and no personal information.
When you create an account we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see or store your password itself).
When you publish a listing we collect the photos you upload and the information you enter about the vehicle: make, model, year, price, mileage, specifications, condition, description, the country and city where the vehicle is located, and the phone number you want buyers to use.
If you apply for dealer verification we collect the documents you upload — trade licence, owner identification, and VAT certificate. These are used only to verify that your business is genuine, are reviewed by our team, and are never published, shown to other users, sold, or used for any other purpose.
When you report a listing or a seller we collect the reason you chose, any note you write, which listing or seller it concerns, a snapshot of that listing as it appeared, the time, and the IP address the report was sent from. You do not need an account to report, so a report is attached either to your account or to the installation identifier described below. The IP address is there to stop one person filing reports in bulk to suppress a competitor.
When you block a seller we store which seller you blocked, attached to your account or to your installation identifier. Blocking is applied on our servers rather than in the app, so that a blocked seller's listings never reach your device. The seller is not told.
An installation identifier. The first time the app runs it generates a random identifier and stores it on your device. It is not a device identifier, not an advertising identifier, and not derived from anything about your phone — it is a random value that means nothing outside Syarat. It exists so that reporting and blocking work while you are signed out: it carries your blocklist and lets us attribute a report well enough to catch abuse. It is app-scoped, cannot identify you across other apps or websites, and is replaced by a new one if you reinstall the app.
Automatically, for stability we collect crash reports and technical diagnostics: the error and stack trace, your device model, operating system version, app version and language, and an installation identifier that those services generate for themselves — a different value from the one described above. This is processed by Google Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry on our behalf.
Security records. When something sensitive happens on your account — signing in, a failed sign-in attempt, a password or email change, accepting our terms, deleting the account — we record the event, the time, the IP address, and the browser or device identifier (user agent) it came from.
A listing you publish is visible to everyone using the app — including its photos, description, price, specifications, city, and the contact phone number you provided. Verified dealers additionally have a public storefront page showing their business name and their listings.
Do not put information in a listing that you do not want to be public. Your email address and password are never shown to other users.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers who process data only on our instructions:
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, including photo and document uploads. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Dealer documents are stored with restricted access.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Listings are kept while published and for a limited period after they expire or are removed.
When you delete your account, most of that is erased permanently. Some records are kept, for security, fraud prevention and moderation. None of it is used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and none of it can be used to contact you:
The sellers you blocked while signed in are deleted with the account — a blocklist is a personal preference. Anyone you blocked while signed out was blocked against the app installation rather than against your account; that list is not part of your account and is cleared by reinstalling the app. The same list, page by page, is on our account deletion page.
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to Danger zone, and choose Delete account.

You can access, correct or delete your personal information. Name, email, phone and password can be changed in the app under Profile. For anything else, write to support@syarat.autos and we will respond within 30 days.
Syarat is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app.

عند إنشاء حساب نجمع الاسم الأول واسم العائلة، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن على هيئة تجزئة مشفّرة فقط — لا نرى كلمة مرورك ولا نحتفظ بها).
عند نشر إعلان نجمع الصور التي ترفعها والبيانات التي تُدخلها عن السيارة: الماركة والموديل وسنة الصنع والسعر وعدّاد المسافة والمواصفات والحالة والوصف، والدولة والمدينة التي توجد بها السيارة، ورقم الهاتف الذي تريد أن يتواصل المشترون عبره.
عند التقدّم لتوثيق حساب معرض نجمع المستندات التي ترفعها — الرخصة التجارية، وهوية المالك، وشهادة ضريبة القيمة المضافة. تُستخدم هذه المستندات للتحقّق من صحّة النشاط التجاري فقط، ويراجعها فريقنا، ولا تُنشر ولا تُعرض على مستخدمين آخرين ولا تُباع ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
عند الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو بائع نجمع السبب الذي اخترته، وأي ملاحظة تكتبها، والإعلان أو البائع محلّ البلاغ، ولقطة من الإعلان كما كان وقتها، والوقت، وعنوان IP الذي أُرسل منه البلاغ. ولا يتطلّب الإبلاغ حساباً، لذا يُربط البلاغ إمّا بحسابك وإمّا بمُعرّف التثبيت الموضَّح أدناه. والغرض من عنوان IP هو منع شخص واحد من إرسال بلاغات بالجملة لإخفاء إعلانات منافس.
عند حظر بائع نحفظ هوية البائع الذي حظرته، مرتبطةً بحسابك أو بمُعرّف التثبيت. ويُطبَّق الحظر على خوادمنا لا داخل التطبيق، حتى لا تصل إعلانات البائع المحظور إلى جهازك أصلاً. ولا يُبلَّغ البائع بذلك.
مُعرّف التثبيت. عند أول تشغيل للتطبيق يُنشئ مُعرّفاً عشوائياً ويحفظه على جهازك. وهو ليس مُعرّف جهاز، وليس مُعرّف إعلانات، ولا يُشتقّ من أي شيء يخصّ هاتفك — بل هو قيمة عشوائية لا تعني شيئاً خارج سيارات. وُجد ليعمل الإبلاغ والحظر وأنت غير مسجّل الدخول: فهو يحمل قائمة الحظر الخاصة بك ويتيح لنا ربط البلاغ بما يكفي لرصد إساءة الاستخدام. وهو مقصور على التطبيق، ولا يمكنه التعرّف عليك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ويُستبدل بمُعرّف جديد إذا أعدت تثبيت التطبيق.
تلقائياً، لأغراض الاستقرار نجمع تقارير الأعطال والبيانات التقنية التشخيصية: الخطأ وتتبّع المكدّس، وطراز جهازك، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق ولغته، ومُعرّف تثبيت تُنشئه هاتان الخدمتان لنفسيهما — وهو قيمة مختلفة عن المُعرّف الموضَّح أعلاه. تُعالَج هذه البيانات لدى Google Firebase Crashlytics و Sentry نيابةً عنّا.
سجلات الأمان. عند وقوع حدث حسّاس على حسابك — تسجيل الدخول، أو محاولة دخول فاشلة، أو تغيير كلمة المرور أو البريد الإلكتروني، أو قبول شروط الاستخدام، أو حذف الحساب — نسجّل الحدث ووقته وعنوان IP ومُعرّف المتصفّح أو الجهاز (user agent) الذي جاء منه.
الإعلان الذي تنشره يظهر لكل مستخدمي التطبيق — بما في ذلك صوره ووصفه وسعره ومواصفاته والمدينة ورقم الهاتف الذي أدخلته للتواصل. كما أن للمعارض الموثّقة صفحة عامة تعرض اسم النشاط التجاري وإعلاناته.
لا تضع في الإعلان معلومات لا ترغب في نشرها للعموم. لا يُعرض بريدك الإلكتروني ولا كلمة مرورك على المستخدمين الآخرين أبداً.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا فقط:
وقد نفصح عن البيانات عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
جميع البيانات المتبادلة بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة عبر HTTPS/TLS، بما في ذلك رفع الصور والمستندات. تُخزَّن كلمات المرور على هيئة تجزئة مشفّرة فقط. وتُخزَّن مستندات المعارض بصلاحيات وصول مقيّدة.
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام حسابك قائماً. وتُحفظ الإعلانات أثناء نشرها ولمدة محدودة بعد انتهائها أو حذفها.
وعند حذف حسابك يُمحى معظم ذلك نهائياً، ويبقى بعض السجلات لأغراض الأمان ومنع الاحتيال والإشراف على المحتوى. ولا يُستخدم أي منه للإعلانات أو لبناء ملفات تعريف أو لأي غرض آخر، ولا يمكن استخدام أي منه للتواصل معك:
أمّا البائعون الذين حظرتهم وأنت مسجّل الدخول فيُحذفون مع الحساب — فقائمة الحظر تفضيل شخصي. ومن حظرتهم وأنت غير مسجّل الدخول جرى حظرهم مقابل نسخة التطبيق المثبّتة لا مقابل حسابك، وتلك القائمة ليست جزءاً من حسابك وتُمحى بإعادة تثبيت التطبيق. وتجد القائمة نفسها، بنداً بنداً، في صفحة حذف الحساب.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته من داخل التطبيق: افتح تبويب الملف، ثم انتقل إلى منطقة الخطر واختر حذف الحساب.

يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. يمكن تغيير الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والهاتف وكلمة المرور من داخل التطبيق في تبويب الحساب. ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@syarat.autos وسنردّ خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
سيارات مخصّص لمن تبلغ أعمارهم ١٨ عاماً فأكثر. ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً أنشأ حساباً، فتواصل معنا وسنقوم بإزالته.
عند تعديل هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة، وسنعلن عن أي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق.
