Syarat (“Syarat”, “we”, “us”) is an online marketplace for buying and selling used vehicles, published as a mobile app for Android and iOS. It is operated by an independent developer. Contact: support@syarat.autos.
Syarat serves eight markets: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Syria.
These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply to the app, to this website, and to everything you publish through them. Our Content Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
You accept these terms when you create an account, and again — for the version then current — before you publish your first listing. Browsing listings without an account is also use of the service and is subject to these terms.
We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept, do not use Syarat.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Syarat. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
We are a listings platform, not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, take possession of, warrant or sell any vehicle listed on Syarat. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller, and they alone are responsible for it.
No money moves through Syarat. There is no payment processing, no escrow, no shipping, no delivery, and no in-app purchase or subscription. The app is free to use. Buyers and sellers agree the price, arrange inspection, and settle payment and ownership transfer directly with each other, outside the app.
We do not verify vehicles. Dealer verification, where a seller has it, confirms that a business exists and was checked by us. It is not a warranty of any vehicle that dealer lists. Inspect any vehicle and its documents before you pay anything.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You confirm that they are yours to publish and that publishing them breaks nobody else's rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace, for as long as your listing is published. This licence ends when the listing is deleted, except for copies retained in backups until they are overwritten in the ordinary course.
Anything you publish in a listing is public. Do not put information in a listing that you do not want everyone to see.
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or hide any listing, refuse to publish one, restrict what an account can do, or suspend or terminate an account — whether or not anyone has reported it. We are not obliged to publish anything.
A listing that attracts several independent reports may be hidden automatically while it waits for review. That is a precaution, not a finding, and it is reversed if the reports are not upheld.
We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
Every listing and seller profile has a Report action in the app, usable with or without an account, and you can Block a seller to hide their listings from you. You can also write to support@syarat.autos.
We review every report within 24 hours. The outcome is one of: no action, removal of the listing, a restriction on the account, suspension, or permanent termination.
If we remove your listing or restrict your account and you believe we got it wrong, write to support@syarat.autos from the email address registered on the account, identifying the listing or account. A person reviews the appeal and we reply within 7 days. If we agree we were wrong, we restore what we removed.
If the listing was a paid one, the time you paid for is frozen while it is hidden and returned to you in full if we restore it. Appealing costs you no listing time.
You may stop using Syarat at any time and delete your account from inside the app — see the account deletion page, which also sets out exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop operating the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Syarat is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate, lawful or genuine, that any seller or buyer is who they claim to be, or that any sale will complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller, from the condition, history, legality or ownership of any vehicle, from anything a user publishes, or from your reliance on a listing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of Syarat is established, and disputes may be brought before its courts.
This does not take away rights you already have. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection or data-protection right you hold under the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence.
Disputes between a buyer and a seller are between them. We are not a party to them and we do not arbitrate them, though we will act on any breach of these terms that they reveal.
We may change these terms. A changed version is published here with a new version date at the top of this page, and material changes are announced in the app.
If the change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version before you publish anything further. Continuing to browse after a change means you accept it. If you do not want to accept, stop using Syarat and delete your account.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands, and we will say so in the app.

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبيننا، وتسري على التطبيق وعلى هذا الموقع وعلى كل ما تنشره من خلالهما. وتُعدّ سياسة المحتوى و سياسة الخصوصية جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
أنت تقبل هذه الشروط عند إنشاء حسابك، ثم تقبل النسخة السارية حينها مرة أخرى قبل نشر أول إعلان لك. وتصفّح الإعلانات دون حساب هو أيضاً استخدام للخدمة وتسري عليه هذه الشروط.
نسجّل أي إصدار قبلته ومتى قبلته. وإذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم سيارات.
يجب ألّا يقلّ عمرك عن ١٨ عاماً لاستخدام سيارات. وإذا كنت تستخدمه نيابةً عن نشاط تجاري، فأنت تقرّ بأنك مفوَّض بإلزام ذلك النشاط.
نحن منصّة إعلانات ولسنا طرفاً في أي عملية بيع. فنحن لا نملك أي سيارة معروضة على سيارات ولا نفحصها ولا نحوزها ولا نضمنها ولا نبيعها. وأي عملية بيع هي عقد بين المشتري والبائع، وهما وحدهما المسؤولان عنه.
لا تمرّ أي أموال عبر سيارات. لا توجد معالجة مدفوعات ولا ضمان وسيط ولا شحن ولا توصيل ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق ولا اشتراكات. واستخدام التطبيق مجاني. يتّفق البائع والمشتري على السعر ويرتّبان المعاينة ويُتمّان الدفع ونقل الملكية مباشرةً فيما بينهما خارج التطبيق.
نحن لا نفحص السيارات. وتوثيق المعارض، حيث يوجد، يؤكّد أن النشاط التجاري قائم وأننا تحقّقنا منه، وهو ليس ضماناً لأي سيارة ينشرها ذلك المعرض. عاين أي سيارة ومستنداتها قبل أن تدفع أي مبلغ.
هذه هي الأمور التي يُحظر عليك نشرها أو ارتكابها على سيارات، وتشرحها سياسة المحتوى بالتفصيل والأمثلة وهي مُلزِمة بالكامل.

تبقى ملكية الصور والنصوص التي ترفعها لك. وأنت تقرّ بأنها ملكك وبأن نشرها لا ينتهك حقوق أحد.
تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري وعالمياً ومجانياً لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه ونسخه وتغيير مقاسه وعرضه، لغرض تشغيل السوق والترويج له، طوال مدة نشر إعلانك. وينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذف الإعلان، باستثناء النسخ الاحتياطية إلى أن يُعاد الكتابة فوقها في المسار المعتاد.
كل ما تنشره في الإعلان يكون علنياً. فلا تضع فيه معلومات لا ترغب في أن يراها الجميع.
يجوز لنا، وفق تقديرنا ودون إشعار مسبق، حذف أي إعلان أو إخفاؤه، أو رفض نشره، أو تقييد ما يمكن للحساب فعله، أو إيقاف الحساب أو إنهاؤه — سواء وردنا بلاغ بشأنه أم لا. ولسنا ملزمين بنشر أي شيء.
وقد يُخفى الإعلان الذي تَرِده عدّة بلاغات مستقلة تلقائياً ريثما تتم مراجعته، وهو إجراء احترازي وليس حكماً، ويُلغى إذا لم تثبت صحّة البلاغات.
وقد نُبلغ الجهات المختصّة عن أي نشاط غير قانوني.
يوجد إجراء إبلاغ في التطبيق على كل إعلان وكل صفحة بائع، ويمكن استخدامه بحساب أو بدونه، كما يمكنك حظر بائع لإخفاء إعلاناته عنك. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على support@syarat.autos.
نراجع كل بلاغ خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وتكون النتيجة إحدى الآتي: عدم اتخاذ إجراء، أو حذف الإعلان، أو تقييد الحساب، أو إيقافه، أو إنهاؤه نهائياً.
إذا حذفنا إعلانك أو قيّدنا حسابك وترى أننا أخطأنا، راسلنا على support@syarat.autos من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في الحساب، مع تحديد الإعلان أو الحساب. يراجع الاعتراضَ شخصٌ من فريقنا ونردّ خلال ٧ أيام. وإذا تبيّن أننا أخطأنا، نُعيد ما حذفناه.
وإذا كان الإعلان مدفوعاً، فإن المدة التي دفعت مقابلها تُجمَّد طوال فترة إخفائه وتُعاد إليك كاملةً عند استعادته. فالاعتراض لا يكلّفك أي وقت من مدة إعلانك.
يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام سيارات في أي وقت وحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق — راجع صفحة حذف الحساب، التي توضّح أيضاً بالضبط ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحتفظ به.
ويجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو إذا أوقفنا تشغيل الخدمة. وسنوضّح لك السبب متى كان ذلك معقولاً.
يُقدَّم سيارات «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره». ولا نضمن أن تعمل الخدمة دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء، ولا أن تكون الإعلانات دقيقة أو قانونية أو حقيقية، ولا أن يكون أي بائع أو مشترٍ هو من يدّعي أنه هو، ولا أن تكتمل أي عملية بيع. ونستبعد جميع الضمانات الضمنية إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة تنشأ عن معاملة بين مشترٍ وبائع، أو عن حالة أي سيارة أو تاريخها أو قانونيتها أو ملكيتها، أو عن أي شيء ينشره مستخدم، أو عن اعتمادك على إعلان. ولا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات أو الفرص.
ولا يستبعد أي بند في هذه الشروط مسؤوليةً لا يجيز القانون استبعادها، بما في ذلك المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن إهمالنا.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون الدولة التي يقع فيها مقرّ مشغّل سيارات، ويجوز رفع النزاعات أمام محاكمها.
وهذا لا يسلبك حقوقاً تملكها أصلاً. فلا يحدّ أي بند هنا من أي حق لك في حماية المستهلك أو حماية البيانات بموجب قانون الدولة التي تقيم فيها، ويجوز لك رفع الدعوى أمام محاكم دولة إقامتك.
أما النزاعات بين المشتري والبائع فهي بينهما. ولسنا طرفاً فيها ولا نتولّى التحكيم بشأنها، وإن كنّا سنتّخذ إجراءً بشأن أي مخالفة لهذه الشروط تكشف عنها.
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط. وتُنشر النسخة المعدَّلة هنا بتاريخ إصدار جديد في أعلى الصفحة، ويُعلَن عن التغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.
وإذا كان التعديل جوهرياً، سيُطلب منك قبول النسخة الجديدة قبل نشر أي شيء آخر. ويعني استمرارك في التصفّح بعد التعديل أنك تقبله. وإذا لم ترغب في القبول، فتوقّف عن استخدام سيارات واحذف حسابك.
إذا تبيّن أن جزءاً من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى بقيّة الشروط سارية. وعدم تطبيقنا لبند في مناسبة ما لا يعني التنازل عنه. ولا يجوز لك نقل حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط؛ ويجوز لنا نقل حقوقنا إذا انتقلت ملكية الخدمة، وسنعلن ذلك في التطبيق.
